Can EMS achieve the effect of muscle gain?

During the 5-week EMS training, participants did not change their daily activities, sleep time and daily intake during these 5 weeks. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the muscle mass of the participants after 5 weeks of training, and it was suggested at the end of the text that this training is suitable for anyone seeking a healthy lifestyle and a healthy lifestyle, as well as professional athletes.
