Does EMS Fitness really have muscle gain?

The International Journal of Sport and Health Sciences published a research report in 2015 [see Reference 2, 2015. The Effects of Electrical Muscle Stimulation towards Male Skeletal Muscle Mass], which studied 15 men with an average age of 43.07 years. During the 5-week EMS training, participants did not change their daily activities, sleep time and daily intake during these 5 weeks.


The results of the study showed a significant increase in the muscle mass of the participants after 5 weeks of training, and it was suggested at the end of the text that this training is suitable for anyone seeking a healthy lifestyle and a healthy lifestyle, as well as professional athletes.
