At present, the antibacterial test standards have different standards such as American standard and national standard. At present, they are mainly divided into two categories, one is monitoring and issuing specific values, for example, the antibacterial rate is 99.9%; the other is to issue logarithmic values, for example, the logarithm is 2.2, 3.8, etc. . Usually, if the logarithm value reaches 2.2 or more, it is qualified. The main detection strains are: Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus MRSA, Klebsiella pneumoniae, fungus with Candida albicans, mold with Aspergillus niger, globular shell, Aureobasidium pullulans Wait.

The type of bacteria to be tested is determined according to the nature of the product. The main testing standards: AATCC 100, AATCC 147 (American standard), AATCC100 is the textile antibacterial performance test (qualitative), this standard is relatively strict, the results of the 24-hour evaluation is evaluated by the bacterial reduction rate, similar to the sterilization standard . The detection method of the Japanese standard and the European standard is basically an evaluation of the bacteriostatic test, that is, the bacteria do not grow or weakly decrease after 24 hours. AATCC147 is a parallel line assay that detects the zone of inhibition. This standard is primarily tested with organic antimicrobial agents. National standard: GB/T 20944, FZ/T73023; Japanese standard: JIS L 1902; European standard: ISO 20743.
